Hey there, I’m Jarrod, a well-traveled Southerner, originally from Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast. I’ve lived in Lawton (Oklahoma), Germany, on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, Tuscaloosa (Alabama), Sarasota (Florida), Atlanta (Georgia), and have traveled to 46 out of 50 U.S. states as well as several different countries in Europe, Asia, Central America, including Canada and Mexico. Now, I call Charlotte, North Carolina, home.

I appreciate all different types of food with some of my favorites including barbeque, seafood, and Indian dishes. I support local farms and businesses, and shy away from national chains.
